With all the news surrounding coronavirus covid-19, we wanted to share what measures we’re taking to keep you and our team safe. Here is what you can expect to see at your upcoming visits.
Cleaning and sterilization
We use medical-grade, germicidal cleaning products to sanitize every treatment table and all equipment between each client’s use. All of our cleaning products are CDC-approved for use against coronavirus, and we will continue to review and implement CDC guidelines as they evolve. In an increased effort to minimize the spread of germs, we have eliminated the use of our sign-in sheet for the foreseeable future. Please give a member of our Client Experience team your name upon arrival, and they will be happy to check you in!
If you’re sick
If you are feeling sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms such as cough and fever, we strongly encourage you to reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling ill and choose to keep your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule in person at the discretion of our clinical team. We appreciate your understanding and support in keeping everyone healthy.
If our team is sick
If a member of our team is feeling sick, they will be asked to stay home and recover. This may impact the availability of appointments, which we understand can be frustrating. Should we need to cancel your appointment, we will do everything we can to reschedule you as quickly as possible. Thanks in advance for your patience during this challenging time.
